Because it is a type of project that I have not done yet and I feel very eager to explore this scenario.

Boutique hotels differentiate themselves from larger chain/branded hotels by providing personalized accommodation and services/facilities. Typically boutique hotels are furnished in a themed, stylish and/or aspirational manner. I like to research this personalized specialty that this type of hotels provide.
